Does she work with our existing website?
Yes. You keep the site you have. Once the line is in place she reads your pages, and you can add documents such as a fee schedule or a client guide for her to answer from.
Is our data kept in the UK?
Your data is stored in the UK, on AWS in London. The answers are generated in the UK or the EU, so what a visitor types may be processed in the EU. None of it is used to train AI models.
